At present, the reform of state-owned enterprises in China mainly draw lessons from Singapore’s temasek mode, making the capable large state- owned enterprises to develop into state-owned investment holding companies. That is the truly insulate of "assets" and "capital". In recent years, China’s state-owned enterprises increasingly active and will be into a big time. This paper mainly studies the state-owned capital investment company merger and acquisition of private enterprises.in current economyFrom the history of enterprise merger in our country, a lot of merger cases end in failure.The reason is caused by the failure of merger integration. Due to the particular role of state- owned enterprise, the integration of merger and acquisition between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is more harder. There are differences in many ways of both sides of mergers and acquisitions, making the integration activities of great conflicts.This article adopts the method of case study, with a state-owned enterprise successfully merger and acquisition a private enterprise as the research object. Analysis the financial integration strategies after merger and acquisition between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises from the following several aspects: f inancial management target, financial organizations and personnel, financial management system and assets and liabilities. This paper tries to find out the suggestions of financial integration in state-owned enterprises in the new situation. |
