With the rapid development of communication technology, information communication costs continue to decrease, the Internet continues to mature, and the business model has changed more diversity. Unlike traditional enterprise by providing products or services to the one side's business model, there are lots of companies to provide products and services business model for communities on both sides of the platform by building a two-party or multi-platform. By focusing on today's platform enterprises for new business models, this thesis based on two-sided market theory takes research about building platform for enterprise.At present, the domestic and foreign scholars have been studying in two-sided markets theory, but mainly concentrated in the industry's pricing strategy, profit model etc. This paper, which based on the existing two-sided market theoretical researches, studies enterprise platform construction method from an enterprise point of view. This article roughly from "theory/the empirical study/the case", grasp the enterprise build platform on the whole.First of all, this thesis does the analysis and evaluation about the concept and theory of two-sided market theoretical researches systematically. But also the characteristics of the platform enterprise and platform enterprise related research for domestic and foreign enterprises were analyzed. After completion of the research, it put forward ideas of this paper, the problem to be solved, research framework, and the main innovation. Then, through the two-sided market theory and theoretical discussion platform enterprise the second chapter have an overall understanding about two-sided market and platform enterprise. Undertaking the theoretical research of second chapter, the third chapter puts forward influence factors during enterprise platform building; and provides empirical research by designing the questionnaire. The fourth chapter supports the theoretical viewpoints in the third chapter by analyzing the data survey. The fifth chapter, combining theoretical and empirical research enterprise platform structure proposed construction and mechanism design, and provides steps Enterprise can follow to build a platform on structural design, operation mechanism design, promotion mechanism design. Following the idea that theoretical and empirical research should be combined precisely, after theoretical studies and verification, Chapter VI would show a successful example of online shopping platform Construction- Sunning Tesco as the object, and its analysis and study about how to build a new business model of online shopping platform. Finally, Chapter VII summarizes the main results and innovation of this study, and makes a prospect to follow-up research of enterprise platform.
