ZJ is a company based on the information and communication industry supply chain services company. After 2007, QC Company, one of the C hina Telecom Group became China Communications Services Limited. As the telecom industry restructuring and 3G mobile networks have completed the licensing, the three major telecom operators have entered the whole business model. Policy from communication services professional into supply chain services specialized, ZJ company seemed a bit dazed. O ld customers doubt our strength, new customers to question our ability. With the increasing competition in the communications industry, as a supply chain service force in the information age, ZJ company faces a dilemma. ZJ company needed to find the position, to find competition for their own development strategy can make a difference, and to indicate the direction for the development of the company.This paper first reviews the development of the co mmunications industry local and oversea, reviews the historical stage of the communications industry in foreign countries and domestic transformation of the growth process of communication enterprise. Secondly, introduces the basic situation of ZJ company, and some problems existing in the development of the company. Then the macro analysis of the external environment of ZJ company, the integrated use of the five competitive forces model, PEST method and traditional oriental management ideas are analyzed, a nd then the ZJ company's internal resources and capacity are discussed and summarized, and by comparing the peer competitor analysis, SWOT analysis of ZJ company. According to the advantages and disadvantages of various strategy, put forward specific proposals for the company's senior management, put forward on this foundation: ZJ company should choose the development and integration of multiple types of competitive differentiation strategy. Finally, put forward the concrete strategy implementation plan, ZJ company should adopt the centralized multiple strategic expansion in the areas of strength, strengthen internal management and the construction of talent team, make full use of capital and technology advantages, strengthen brand construction, pay attention to the quality of service, to avoid the price war.
