In the performance of enterprise social responsibility in the process of the operation, the enterprise internal and external information, launch and adjust with consumer and community stakeholders such as social interaction, adopt different methods according to the different situations, different social responsibility to achieve goals. Under the perspective of sociology, can clearly see that the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility is the target, means, the structure of the situation, the values of this action, and action in the structure of different factors on the influence of different corporate social responsibility action degree is different. Comprehensive comparison of various factors, situational factors in the international environmental elements responsible for the case to fulfill social responsibility actions of influence is higher than other factors. In the performance of enterprise social responsibility in the process of the social action, societies, foundations, ngos, volunteer organizations such as the third sector inevitably to the identity of the stakeholders involved, in cooperation with enterprises, and even interests against, these were offered the opportunity to the development of the social organization, thus to some extent, promote the coordinated development of the third sector.
