Study On The Relationship Between The Supply Chain Collaboration And Technical Innovation

With the fast development of the technology, the innovation ability, strong or weak, directly decides the country's economic strength, comprehensive national strength, international status and national future. Accordingly, as for an enterprise(especially manufacturing enterprises), the strength of the technology innovation ability, can decide their place in the corresponding industry development, so as to survive in the market. Nowadays, the traditional mono enterprise innovation mode is limited by their own resources and capabilities, thus, unable to adapt to the new situation of shortened producing cycle, increasingly complex technology and the ever-changing consumer demand. The advance of the supply chain opens up a new direction of innovation for enterprises. Supply chain collaboration is the study of the internal activities and close cooperation and coordination among supply chain members, and the technological innovation is the most important internal activity. So, enterprise innovation combined with supply chain collaboration has become perfect harmony. Therefore, there is a great need for the research of supply chain collaboration with the combination of technology innovation.This article uses the qualitative analysis combined with empirical research methods. Firstly, it reviews the studies home and abroad on collaborative supply chain, product innovation and process innovation, analyzes the limitations of technology innovation in the current competitive market, and points out that the single enterprise complete innovation activities have become more and more difficult. Innovation needs to be done through the coordination among multiple enterprise, which is especially true in terms of the interaction between upstream and downstream enterprises. The article also put forward the necessity of product innovation and process innovation based on the microenvironment of supply chain. Then, from the perspective of 3DCE theory, the thesis analyzes the relationship between the supply chain coordination, product innovation and process innovation, setting up the theory of supply chain coordination, product innovation and process innovation model and empirical test. Through the survey data from 240 China's companies carrying on the empirical analysis results, it shows that the questionnaire of this study has good reliability and validity, its model can effectively be supported; Supply chain collaboration positive effect on product innovation, process innovation; Supply chain collaboration, product innovation has significantly positive effects on corporate performance. Therefore, enterprises should develop the supply chain coordination, through the technology innovation ability of the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises so as to speed up the development of innovative activities to enhance business performance.
