With the arrival of the economic globalization, the market environment becomemore and more complex, and the competition between enterprises is growing, whichmakes enterprises feel the lack of their own resources. In order to keep an impregnableposition in the enterprise competition environment, a lot of companies choose cooperatewith other enterprises. Through the cooperation between enterprises, the enterprises canachieve optimal allocation of resources, improve performance and achieve its strategicobjectives with the power of partners. Innovation is an important activity of firms; themotivation of innovation is for competitive advantage. According to the differencescontent of contracts in the supply chain contract alliance, this paper devides contractalliance into three types:buy back contract and revenue sharing contract and quantityflexibility contract. The impact of different contracts on the supply chain innovation isthe one research point of this paper. Besides the regulating effect of marketconcentration is another research point of this paper.This thesis is proposed from the perspective of empirical study by employingstructural equation modeling. Based on the survey of documents, it forms a conceptualmodel and design survey questionnaires. Then, this thesis carries out interviews andquestionnaires to the enterprises in Chongqing, Shenzhen and so on. Then, this thesisanalyzes the questionnaires according to SPSS18.0to inspect the validity and reliabilityof the structure of the variable index, and thus aims to improve the index system. Afterthat, it carries out modeling verification according to AMOS18.0and reaches suchconclusions:Contract Alliance based on buy-back contract tends to incremental innovationrather than radical innovation.Contract Alliance based on quantity flexibility contracttends to incremental innovation rather than radical innovation. Contract Alliance basedon revenue sharing contract tends to radical innovation rather than incrementalinnovation.Market concentration has a positive regulating effect on incrementalinnovation and a negative regulating effect on the radical innovation in contract alliancebased on buy-back contract. Market concentration has a positive regulating effect onincremental innovation and a negative regulating effect on the radical innovation incontract alliance based on quantity flexibility contract. Market concentration has a positive regulating effect on radical innovation and a negative regulating effect on theincremental innovation in contract alliance based on revenue sharing contract.
