As the big data in various fields and industries successfully using the "Internet +"received great attention,as a "mobile Internet+" the core of the era,gradually began to infiltrate into retail and other social from all walks of life has brought great convenience to people.Accelerate China's urban population growth,urbanization rate increased,the whole society progress is obvious.Everything has two sides,China's economic and social development of many achievements,has been the emergence of a new livelihood issues.Housing is the basic physiological needs,but the current effective demand of housing in China is slowing,housing structural imbalances and the regional difference of housing prices,housing price to income ratio significantly higher problem,the basic livelihood of the people problem affects people's normal activities,for the future city further development,the harmonious stability of social environment is very bad.In terms of the structure of the article,the main content of this study are as follows:the first chapter is the introduction part,introduced in this paper,the research background,research significance,research content and framework,the system combed the domestic and foreign related baidu index,the application of the Google search technology research,as well as the domestic and foreign research progress of housing problems;The second chapter research urban housing price,it is pointed out that the housing market,China's current development and problems of affordable housing price;The third chapter research hot spots of the people's livelihood,combing the livelihood of the people and the people's livelihood issues research methods summarized in this paper,the distribution and characteristics of do;In the fourth chapter is the empirical analysis part,descriptive analysis on the data collected,system cluster analysis and correlation analysis,the final verification results;The fifth chapter is the conclusion and Suggestions,summarizes the empirical conclusions,in view of the government and real estate development enterprises put forward reasonable Suggestions,and the paper points out the future research.From the point of the analysis process,this study selected eastern,central and western China and vice provincial level and above city as the sample area,baidu to urban housing price index of attention as the breakthrough point,on the basis of existing research,China's urban housing and the housing price,through descriptive analysis and cluster analysis of housing price attention time characteristics and regional characteristics,and using SPSS2.0 related factors of urban economic,social and urban construction do correlation analysis,the following main conclusions:1.The change of urban housing price attention during different periods analysis results,the attention of 2012-2013 is fluctuation is less than in 2014,the housing is physiological needs and security needs,this is people most concerned about the livelihood of the people question.2.The urban housing price awareness,the results of the analysis of differences between different areas,the housing price attention regional differences,the trend from east to west across the country gradually decline,in the western region has been relatively stable,medium,the eastern region continued to rise.3.Spatial clustering analysis of the urban housing price attention as a result,the attention of different levels of urban housing price also has a regional level differences,economic development level is better attention is higher than housing prices in poor regions in the development of economy.4.Urban housing prices attention and real house prices observed value,urban economic and social development level and other indicators of the correlation analysis results,the urban residents in housing price awareness of Internet with gross observation,regional house prices,real estate investment proportion and the urban population,urban per capita disposable income level,the urban road area and the city park green area,area is the measure of city development level index with moderate to high degree of correlation.
