Study On The Financial Industry Agglomeration And The Construction Of Regional Financial Center In Wuhan

In recent years,the rapid economic development of Wuhan City,the financial industry has ushered in the golden opportunity of development,financial strength has been continuously enhanced,the phenomenon of financial agglomeration gradually revealed.The financial industry agglomeration will inevitably bring about the formation of the regional financial center,Wuhan City 45 plan pointed out that the Wuhan efforts to build a regional financial center.In this paper,the financial industry agglomeration connotation,characteristics as well as the financial center of the connotation,function are analyzed in this paper.An analysis of the reasons of industry agglomeration,similarities and differences between the compared the financial industry agglomeration and agglomeration of manufacturing industries;put forward the index system for the evaluation of the financial industry agglomeration,summarizes several modes of financial center formation,more comprehensive analysis of the financial agglomeration and financial center.Wuhan city is the focus of one of the development is development of modern financial industry,promote the agglomeration of financial industry,and the construction of Wuhan Regional Financial Center,this paper from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis the Wuhan City,the financial agglomeration and regional financial center construction.Through the construction of the measurement index system and model of financial industry agglomeration,of Wuhan City,the financial industry agglomeration level were determined,empirical analysis of Wuhan City,the financial agglomeration factors and Wuhan financial agglomeration and competitiveness as a financial centre.Finally according to the results of empirical analysis of proposed policy recommendations to promote the Wuhan Regional Financial Center construction.The conclusion of this paper is that Wuhan banking industry agglomeration level affected by the Wuhan City financial scale and foreign direct investment of two factors;Wuhan City,the insurance industry agglomeration level due to the high technology industry and foreign direct investment two factors influence;foreign direct investment has a significant effect of Wuhan City,the silver industry agglomeration level and the insurance industry agglomeration level;Wuhan financial agglomeration level and the regional financial center competitiveness indicators have co-integration relationship.
