The Study Of Influence Factors Of Constructing Financial Center In Hohhot

The establishment of financial centers could raise a lot of financial capitals and all kinds of financial factors, promoting the urban’s development greatly by financial accumulation effects, and helping economic development of surrounding areas in its qulity and process. The financial centers should play a critical role in promoting the development of society. Based on this recognisation, many countries and regions in the world put the construction of financial centers up in a prominent position. In recent years, the sustained and rapid development of economy in Inner Mongolia triggered a fast develpmont in GDP. Particually, the GDP rearched trillions size of total economic output or per capita GDP reached US$7070, which ranked the tront in China. Overall economic strength in the western region didn’t front row of Hohhot, As the capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region and one of regional central cities, Hohhot has comprehensive advantages in terms of economical basis, geological location, zone bit and traffic and surrounding environment as well in the construction of regional financial center.By means of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this dissertation combines the theoretical analysis with the empirical studies. Through the introduction of Hohhot’s financial developing situation which includes banks, securities and insurance industries, and Huhehot’s financial market situation, it analyses the strangeness and weakness of Hohhot to construct the regional financial center and propose the construction of regional financial center as the development strategy of the city. It points out that relying on the local economy entity; Hohhot should bring the local government into full play as the leading role in the construction of financial organization system with multi-function and multi-type financial system to improve financial ecological environment, promote financial innovation and financial talent training and improve the financial core competitiveness as well.
