In this paper, the improved H telecom information product marketing strategy as the research direction, starting from the status quo of marketing information products of H company, analyzed the existing H information product marketing strategy, and from the four aspects of advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats analysis of the current information product market competition environment, and puts forward H company information product marketing strategy and design principles, namely the information product marketing from "product oriented" to "demand oriented", to provide personalized products to guide the solution to changes in customer demand, in total under the guidance of the principle, from the product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy to these aspects the design of the information products of H company's marketing strategy. Through the H company's information product marketing strategy to improve the design, making the optimization of the marketing strategy is more suitable for the current development of the situation, help H Telecom Company in the fierce market competition to occupy the dominant position.
