Silk Road economic zone is a new economic vision for regional cooperation put forward by Xi Jinping in 2013, along the Silk Road countries, energy cooperation with China goes to the next level. The lifeblood of any country's economic growth by the world's largest energy consumption affects two types of resources, they are oil and gas. As China's dependence on energy imports increased year by year, the domestic energy companies, whether from the national energy security point of view or from the company's own development prospects consideration should be seeking to expand overseas markets, intending to fill the gap of domestic resource constraints. Central Asian energy market due to become the world's rich oil and gas get important battleground, China should conform to changes in the international oil and gas companies, and actively promote cooperation with Central Asian countries.We referred to herein as the narrow concept of Central Asian markets, including Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Lead article describes internationalization theory, provide a basis for writing; after oil development to open up the Central Asian market context to analyze developments in the target market, the basis for the proposed Central Asian oil to open up the market. And from the motivation to develop the Central Asian market, the macro environment and market development company, describing a company to develop the Central Asian market as a whole situation. Then from the target market selection and entry mode specific aspects discussed; Finally, the above analysis proposed to open up the Central Asian oil market risks and problems and give specific suggestions.
