Research And Development Of Field Inspection System About Rural Contracted Land Use Rights Based On Integrated Mapping For Field And Indoor Work

Under the condition of maintaining the existing rural land contract relations stability for a stable condition is the prerequisite,the registration and certification work about the rural land contracting and management rights is an all-round work in china of investigation and certification work about rural land contract relations,according to the signed land contracts,the land contract and management rights certificates,and other legal ownership information.Investigation of rural land contracting and management rights is to identify the name of employer and contractor,the name and address of the employer leader and contractor's representative,the area and spatial location of contracted land.Investigation of rural land contractual management will also survey the area and the spatial location of the contracted land.To proper solute the problem of contracted land plot area is not accurate,land borders are not clear,spatial location unknown,register is not perfect.Judging from the current situation,investigation of the rural land contracting and management rights is mainly the traditional model of field investigation work:using the base map made of 1:1000 or 1:2000 scale aerial orthoimage by paper,then fill out the survey forms.After the end of the field investigation,the paper version of the survey be vectorized base map by using GIS software,while outside the industry to fill in the survey forms entry into the industry processing database system.The traditional model of field investigation work has a lower efficiency,complicated work steps,the error rate characteristics.Traditional painting techniques and can not meet the requirements of moderm field inspection work.This paper using new survey and maping technology to solve problems in the traditional model of field investigation work,aiming at concrete projects of investigating rural land contract and management rights.The main contribution of this paper is as follows:(1)In this paper,author proposed a new model of investigate inside and outside the industry integration,people using the mobile device as the tools in field investigation work,which can make the collected data directly into the business process database,forming survey results.This transfer mode has simple steps,with high accuracy and high efficiency characteristics.(2)In this paper,author studied the spatial data in SQLite database storage,and designed data storage tables of the field inspection system,and proposed management schemes about SQLite data in the database.(3)In this paper,author designed and developed field inspection system about investigation of the rural land contracting and management rights,this system is based on a new model of investigation outside and inside,using modern communications technology and mapping services technical design and development,which can collecting materials from outside and import them into data processing database to improve the accuracy of field investigate.
