Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Lulong County Of Qinhuangdao

Agricultural issue is an important basis for the work of CPC and the central government.As China is a big agricultural country,the "three rural issues" have been the focus of governmental attention.Based on the resources of rural agriculture and the integration of the second and the third industries,leisure agriculture achieves the integration of agriculture and tourism,plays the basic productive functions,and meets the needs of tourists and leisure tourism.It is a new form of agricultural tourism industry,which makes the economic value of agricultural resources fully reflected.Lulong County is a traditional agricultural county,where the development of leisure agriculture can serve as a demonstration to speed up the development of urban and rural areas,solve the employment of farmers,promote the optimization and adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,inherit regional culture,and construct beautiful countryside.Lulong County has rich agricultural tourism resources,so the development of leisure agriculture has good internal and external conditions.In recent years,the leisure agriculture in Lulong County has been developing rapidly,and stands in line with the local characteristics of leisure agricultural productive system now,but there are also many problems.So how to achieve rapid and sustainable development is the focus of the current situation.This study is based on a comprehensive research from June to October in 2014 on the market demand of leisure agriculture in Lulong County.Next,it applies the MNL model to analyze the leisure agriculture products selection preferences in Lulong County.This study selects Shanxi Sunshine Modern Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Garden and Lulong Liuhe Valley Wine International Garden Resort as typical cases for analysis.On these bases,the suggestions on the levels of development of the leisure agriculture are presented.
