| In some foreign countries,leisure agriculture tourism has been existed for more than 100 years.But in China,leisure agriculture tourism industry is still in its early development period,with a short history of just over 20 years.The concept of farm development in China has changed to the idea of what is said in this slogan:developing our beautiful farms.The development type is being upgraded from resource consuming to resource protecting.So future development of leisure agriculture tourism should be based on agriculture production,farm building and lives of farmers,and should emphasizeon the effective combination and transition of elements like culture,sports,health and vacation.Thereby a leisure agriculture tourism system with China's reginal characteristics can be formed.Shadi Village is located in Xiangshan County,the most popular leisure peninsula in the eastern region of Zhejiang pro vince.S had i Village has a perfect natural mountain and water environment The village also has fundamental resources such as featured agriculture products,traditional countryside folk culture,clean and tidy village construction and agritourism products.Other facilities being operated in Xiangshan County,such as the Golden Coast,Xiangshan Studio City,Chinese Fishing Village,Shipu Stone Harbor,etc,are all famous leisure seaside tourism projects in Zhejiang province and the Yangtze River Delta region.These facilities and Shadi Village are complement to each other,and interact with each other.lt is expected that Shadi Village will become a brand image of Xiangshan County and the city of Ningbo.Currently Shadi Village's bussiness is mainly focused on traditional agriculture tourism types,like agriculture production and tour,agritainment and accomodations.These are all low standard projects,also the quality of service is not good enough and the leisure experience level is inadequate.So Shadi Village's resource potential has not yet brought out.This article is based on comprehensive study of leisure agriculture tourism projects,both foreign and domestic,and also based on onsite visit&survey and initial planning.This article also further list some leisure agriculture projects and give specific implementation advice.The key content of this paper is as following:1.Based on the theory of knowledge through the study of current situation of agricultural leisure tourism products at home and abroad,the status quo of the development of agricultural tourism resources of the sandy village of the general description,and makes SWOT analysis on the developrment of leisure agriculture tourism sandy village,the concept of experience economy theory and based on the concept of sustainable development,the sustainable development of the village,leisure agricultural tourism products sand depth leisure experience and operational principle of development,development orientation and temperament of the Yangtze River Delta region has rural leisure agricultural tourism demonstration village ".2.Combined with the existing sandy village tourism agriculture foundation conditions and resources spatial distribution characteristics,combining various elements of modern culture,sports,health,tourism and leisure,sightseeing,the depth of focus on building rural pastoral leisure,recreational fishing,mountain leisure sports,leisure and health resort,leisure and other rich folk culture experience sandy Village local characteristics of leisure agricultural tourism product system,realize the organic integration of sandy Village Leisure Agriculture Ecology,production and life.3.The development of leisure agricultural tourism products sandy village,need from the government policy support and the upgrading of leisure agricultural resources and rural life leisure resources extraction,farmers to participate in agricultural leisure tourism product development,actively mobilize the cultural and sports leisure products and leisure agricultural tourism products combination and so on in place. |
