Research On The Financial Risk Evaluation Indicators System Of Internet Enterprise

While slowing domestic economic growth,China Internet companies bear the impact of the economic crisis,.Because of the high risk,there is a certain difficulty in obtaining financing for the Internet enterprises.At the same time,compared with other enterprises,internet firms will face a higher financial risk in the process of operation,due to the features such as high growth,high investment,high-tech,new business models,and the great changes in market.Under the condition of market economy,In order to win in market competitionin.China's Internet companies should discover the existence of the financial risk and take appropriate measures to reduce risk,improve efficiency and ensure the enterprise's continuing operations.Therefore,how to evaluate the financial risk of the Internet enterprise and how to take reasonable and effective measures to prevent financial risk is particularly important.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to construct a financial risk index system and provide an effective financial risk evaluation method for Internet enterprises,which can help the enterprises timely identify the risk during the process in finance management.this paper establish the Internet enterprise financial risk evaluation index system,from the enterprise's debt paying ability,profit ability,assets operation ability,cash ability,growth ability,innovation ability,management ability and ownership concentration indicators,synthetically reflecting the Internet enterprise's cash flow risk,financing risk,investment risk and the business model risk.On the index weight determining,this paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which is more scientific,then concludes the effective weight ratio of each index and the index level in the index system.To apply for the evaluation index system of financial risk.This paper uses the case of tencent Internet enterprise in domestic market.According to Acompany's annual report in 2014,this paper calculates the weight of each index respectively based on AHP,and then gets the specific value of tencent enterprise's financial risk index using the financial risk index calculation formula.After that we can determine the situation of tencent enterprise's financial management activities according to the level of financial risk.Through the application of case,we get the conclusion that the Internet enterprise financial risk evaluation index system in this paper is effective.Because personal level as well as the collection of data is limited,the conclusionof this paper put forward that the tencent company financial risk evaluation index system is only works on the principle of the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate its,such research is not enough for Internet companies.So finally,the paper put forward some Suggestions for reference in the same industry enterprises,including the following aspects: perfecting the evaluation index system of financial risks;Reasonable use of dynamic evaluation;To strengthen the financial data to identify true and false.
