Under The Perspective Of Spatial Heterogeneity Factors Agglomeration Effect On Regional Innovation Efficiency Mechanism Research

China's economy after 30 years' rapid growth,whether it is economic fundamentals,or the basic pattern of economic development,industry formats and economic growth has changed.To the development of our country's economy into a"new normal",one of the different of the characteristic between this state and the last is that our country's economic development from the factors driving,investment-driven to innovation-driven.Thus it can be seen under the "new normal"how to drive into the innovation drive is urgently needs to solve.Factors agglomeration has promoting effects on regional innovation,Factors agglomeration by integrating regional advantage resources inside and outside,has a geographical space attract on economic activity,and promote a new business or industry of derivative,when it expands agglomeration scale and space,also determines the region's comparative advantage,regional comparative advantage and agglomeration advantage interaction,production factors,especially human capital agglomeration promotes the transfer of knowledge spillovers and technology diffusion,reduce the technology innovation risk,increase the pace of innovation,promote regional innovation capability and efficiency.By analyzing the factors agglomeration effects on the efficiency of regional innovation can provide advice for the factors drive into the innovation drive's route choice.Then the factors agglomeration is how to affect the efficiency of regional innovation?Various factors agglomeration effect on regional innovation efficiency is consistent?And under the perspective of spatial heterogeneity,what is the influence mechanism of the innovation efficiency?At first,this paper based on the spatial heterogeneity between factors agglomeration and regional innovation efficiency's empirical study found that factors agglomeration whether labor accumulation,material capital agglomeration,human capital agglomeration and regional innovation efficiency exist obvious spatial heterogeneity,and through the analysis of the various parameters of half variant function,found that in addition to labor agglomeration spatial heterogeneity in the medium related to other variables are showing a strong spatial correlation,the spatial correlation is mainly caused by space structural,random factors is small,that the heterogeneity of regional spatial structure such as transportation,energy supply and environment have significant effect on the factors agglomeration and innovation efficiency,at the same time also can't ignore heterogeneity of random factors like policy factor,at the same time,through measuring the efficiency in China's regional innovation find that each region after entering the "tenth five-year plan",Shanghai,Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong,Tianjin,Liaoning,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan and Shaanxi provincial's innovation ability is above the national average,including Hebei,Hainan,Fujian three coastal province area,as well as the parts of the Midwest region's innovation ability under the national average.And then through the threshold effect model found factors agglomeration effects on regional innovation efficiency has a dual threshold effect,and human capital agglomeration and regional innovation efficiency been inverted u-shaped relationship,whereas material capital and labor agglomeration rendering after increasing first,then inhibit relations,we can see factors agglomeration effect on regional innovation efficiency is not always in a state of promoting,also is not to say that the more inputs,regional innovation efficiency will be higher.At the end of the paper through the GWR model empirical analysis the influence mechanism of the two in 2013,the results show that:under the perspective of spatial heterogeneity,human capital and material capital agglomeration have positive influence while labor's negative,that for most of the provinces and cities,the labor agglomeration does not promote regional innovation efficiency,but maybe because of excessive agglomeration could produce redundant personnel;Material capital through the investment of capital for enterprises and institutions of the major innovation subject has brought more financial support,so as to attract more excellent talents to participate in regional innovation,increase the efficiency of regional innovation;And human capital agglomeration based on the knowledge spillover effects,technology of bearing and strengthen the knowledge creation and knowledge flow capacity,the ability of the regional innovation showed obvious role in promoting.At the same time by comparing the model OLS regression which does not take into account spatial heterogeneity found that after joining the spatial heterogeneity material capital becomes more important for the promotion of area,and has more than human capital,it states that after joining spatial heterogeneity,money as innovation funds investment effect becomes more obvious,so each area taken into account in the human capital at the same time also need to consider the area of material capital investment is already in place.Through the study of this article can be found that the spatial heterogeneity have influence on factors agglomeration,regional innovation efficiency and the mechanism between factors agglomeration and regional innovation efficiency,in any area's development the government should continue to increase investment in innovation strength,at the same time,avoid go into the error place of factor agglomeration,is to focus on factors around the agglomeration threshold control inputs at the right level,if it is found that the threshold value is not up to or has surpassed the threshold value the place can be through the spillover effect and the adjacent area of the elements transfer,so as to realize the common development of regions should according to the actual situation of the region,implement the difference strategy to improve innovation efficiency.
