With the new generation employees who bornt in the eightys and ninetys begin to work,They have become the main force of enterprises and they are the leading force of enterprise human capital.However, the survey showed the turnover rate of the new generation employees is always high. The turnover rate is as high as 22.4%.As the main body of enterprise,the new generation employee's turnover will bring a lot of cost,including recruitment cost and training cost.As the new generation employees who bornt in the age of the Internet have more systematic and comprehensive knowledge,they are very confident about their abilities.And they want have full use of their abilities and professional skill.They also want a successful career in business.So the studies found that the new generation employees have much stronger incentives to achievement than the older employees.So this article will verify that whether the new generation employees' achievement motivation is the cause of their departure.In addition, based on the analysis of relevant theories and research results,we found that the embeddedness and organizational identification may affect the relationship between achievement motivation and the turnover intention.So this study constructed a moderated mediation model in which embeddedness mediated the relationship between achievement motivation and turnover intention,and this mediation effect was moderated by organizational identification..First,based on a review of the relevant literature,this study summarizes the concept and connotation of the embeddedness, achievement motivation, organizational identification,and turnover intention.This paper also makes assumptions on the relationship between the variables and builds the theoretical model.This study had collected 311 valid questionnaires,we will use SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis.After a series of process,we conclude the following results:(1)The new generation employee's achievement motivation has positive correlation with turnover intention;(2)Embeddedness played partial mediating effect between achievement motivation and turnover intention.Achievement motivation is a direct impact on turnover intention, and also through the embeddedness indirect impact on turnover intention(3)Organizational identification moderated this mediation effect. Organizational identifi- cation moderated the second path of the mediation.In particular,embeddedness negative relationship with turnover intention decreased with the increase of degree of organizational identification.So the new generation employee's achievement motivation effect on turnover intention is a moderated mediation effect.At last,this study discussed the application of research conclusion.And we hope to provide some suggestions to enterprise to reduce the turnover rate.
