Individual characteristics are highly related with contemporary background,new-generation have the characteristics such as: highly autonomous and inner pursuit for achievement.Intensive talents competition force the manager to realize that more employees means more useless cost.New-generation employees as the main carriers of knowledge,innovation capabilities and energies,how to effectively encourage and retain new-generation employees become a important problems which managers must spare no efforts to solve.This dissertation study the new-generation employees' turnover intention from the perspective of job embeddedness and perceived organizational support,job embeddedness and perceived organizational support formed the structure of two-way commitments between organization and individuals.Job embeddedness study is helpful for managers to find the organizational causes that lead the high turnover intention of new-generation employees,and the study based on the perceived organizational support render the managers an access,to deeply think what supports they should give and which need they should meet make efforts to let the new-generation employees realize,to reach the goal of retain the talents and fully taking advantage of human capitals.After systematical statistic analysis,we obtain the following conclusions: 1.The job embeddedness of new-generation employees negatively influence their turnover intention;2.The perceived organizational support of new-generation employees negatively predict the turnover intention;3.The job embeddedness of new-generation employees positively predict the perceived organizational support;4.The perceived organizational support of new-generation employees plays a role of part intermediation between the function route of job embeddedness and turnover intention.Specifically,the intermediation functions most obvious in the organizational support dimension.Empirical result proved statistical and theory for organization,then,the dissertation give some managerial suggestions on encouraging and retaining new-generation employees.
