Risk Analysis And Countermeasure Research For Scale Cultivation Enterprise Of Anhui Province

In recent years,with the development of economy and the increase of consumer demand,Breeding gradually from a traditional family cage-free mode transition to modern mass breeding mode.Technology of breeding progress,the scale is also growing,and the government support to the development of animal breeding,all of this not only has brought the good opportunity,but also brought huge risk.With the growing scale of breeding,the risks of the scale is becoming more and more prominent,slowly influence to the healthy development of aquaculture.So the breeding of risk issues become the focus of scholars.Scholars research on the risk of scale cultivation has a lot of,such as research of risk identification and control of the animal husbandry and research on breeding risk evaluation system,etc..Each study of scale aquaculture research contributed to the risk problem.On the basis of previous studies,this paper has made the detailed introduction of the scale aquaculture development in Anhui province.Characteristics and problems of breeding points out that the Anhui province scale cultivation faces with the two risk of problems.One is the scale cultivation enterprise investment risk,the other is environmental risk issues.Due to the scholars having no unified classification standard for the type of investment risk,the author combined with the classification of the investment risk of scholars about scale cultivation situation of Anhui province scale cultivation investment risks which are classified.And systematically introduced the causes of risk types,risk and risk events about scale breeding industry in Anhui province.Then propose that scale enterprise faces the risk of investment risk decision-making problems.Based on the theory of investment risk,this paper has built the bayesian decision model of venture investment about scale breeding by using the method of bayes decision.Then detail the process of establishing model,and combined with empirical analysis to solve the problem of risk investment decision by using the model.The results show that the bayesian decision model can intuitively reflect the risk of decision-making plan and the level of revenue,solve the problem of risk investment decisions effectively and provide scale a reliable and effective method for cultivation enterprise risk decision.Environmental risk problem is caused by the scale cultivation enterprise development of the social problems.In this paper,the environmental risk analysis mainly included the connotation of environmental risk and the causes.And introduces the ecological environment problems which caused by scale enterprises.Then analyzed the aquaculture influence on ecological environment from the breeding pollution,and put forward the sustainable development of aquaculture.After that,the author put forward to scale aquaculture and ecology coordinated development carries on the discussion of the topic by combining with the case of ecosystem development scale enterprises in Anhui province intend to provide a reference for scale aquaculture.Based on the above research and analysis,we can see that the scale cultivation enterprises should not only pay attention to the investment risks for enterprise efficiency but also consider the aquaculture pollution to the environment,and coordinate the correlation between the aquaculture development and the ecological environment protection.Finally from the two aspects of government and enterprise scale aquaculture development the author put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The government should improve the market mechanism of benign development of the animal,establish and perfect the system of the ecological breeding financial support policy to ensure healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture.Enterprises should assess the situation,advancing with the world,pay close attention to relevant government farming policy,understand the market,strengthen technological innovation,strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection and avoid investment risk,realize the sustainable development of aquaculture.
