Our Country Agriculture Relationship Between Diversification And Performance Of Listed Companies Empirical Research

In the market competition,the choice of enterprise growth model is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.The effect of diversification on firm performance is a common concern in the field of theory and practice.Diversification strategy has become a global enterprise development strategy,the relationship between diversification strategy and performance has been one of the important topics of strategic management research.In our country in order to promote agricultural industrialization exploration through the stock market financing,promote the industrialization of our country agriculture,countries to actively support the agricultural enterprises listed,the use of capital market financing,to meet the needs of enterprise development funds.In the actual operation of the process,many agricultural listing Corporation due to various reasons,to varying degrees,there are different degrees of difference.This business model may create opportunities for the company's development,but also may increase the risk of the enterprise.The situation of diversification in the agricultural listed companies of performance analysis and research situation of diversification,performance analysis,diversification of the internal and external causes,diversified operation and performance of the relationship,in order to grasp the agricultural listed company diversification management practice provided a theoretical guidance and advice.In the empirical part,this paper constructs the index system of China's agricultural listed company diversification strategy and enterprise performance,through the establishment of correlation analysis and regression model,analyzes the agriculture of our country listed on the relationship between corporate diversification strategy and performance.In the test of the relationship between diversification and corporate performance,performance indicators from the three levels of the low degree of diversification and the rate of return on net assets and earnings per share,plus the company size,age,asset liability ratio and the flow rate of four control variables for correlation analysis and regression analysis,the low degree of diversification in the beginning the reason of the enterprise,such as lack of experience will make its performance in a state of decline,then there is a negative relationship between diversification and performance;but in the moderate diversification stage,the diversified development of company performance influence actively;to the highly diversified era,enterprise is easy because not to do related work,blindly expanding other not related to agricultural industry and lead to obvious problems of diversification discount.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,hoping to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's agricultural listing Corporation,to speed up the process of agricultural modernization.
