Productivity Heterogeneity And Service Industry Exports, FDI Path Selection

International trade in services is the trend of world economic development.A country will have great influence if it want to join into the global economy.The service industry accounts for the proportion of GDP,which more and more balanced economy of mature the decisive criterion.After 2011,China's service industry to attract foreign investment are almost beyond the manufacturing industry.China's service industry not only in the country's economic development plays an important role,but has more and more far-reaching influence to development of world trade in services.With deepening of globalization,if the country or economy service industry can be deeply involved in the process of globalization,it will greatly enhance the level of development of the service industry.In the globalization of service industry is more and more deep under the condition,if Chinese have changed the way of economic development,which must participate in globalization.According to the two important mark of service industry and service industry FDI,China service industry started late,and the foundation is weak and has a long distance with the developed countries,but also reflects the Chinese service industry that has a considerable potential for development.Under the realistic background,government and academia will be developed more and more attention Chinese service industry andThe international transfer activity is a relatively rare behavior of enterprises.Not all enterprises are involved in international trade,choosing different modes of export and FDI,if they participated in international trade.For discussion of this issue,the old and the new trade theory can not draw a convincing conclusion.The heterogeneity of enterprises under the assumption of the new trade theory just to meet the new trade practices,which explain effectively the path selection of heterogeneous enterprise export or FDI.But from the current research situation,a lot of literatures at home and abroad mainly research the heterogeneity of enterprise in manufacturing industry,based on what kind of conditions for export or FDI.Under the background of global economy has begun to switch of service industry,researching on the choice of service trade Export and FDI in heterogeneous service industry,will undoubtedly have great theoretical and practical significance.So this article mainly discusses the effect of different productivity differences on two choice model of service export and FDI,under the basic assumptions of the heterogeneous enterprise trade theory.
