Research On The International Competitiveness Of Chinese Construction Companies

Based on the scholars and experts’ study on international competitiveness theory and construction enterprises international competitiveness,this paper summarized the conclusion of studies done in the international competitiveness of construction and put up my points of view.Sampling listed companies,this paper focus on the international situation of construction,international competitiveness,as well as factors affecting the international competitiveness of Chinese construction enterprises in the process of internationalization and make recommendations accordingly.The paper can be divided into six chapters,the first chapter is an introduction,mainly analytic states related concepts,others’ points of view and research methods and meaning of the text and so on.The second chapter makes a PEST analysis about listed construction companies international business environment,to know the external political environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technological environment.The third chapter studies the internationalization of Chinese construction enterprises,including the number of Chinese construction enterprises,GDP growth rate of listed construction companies and concrete case studies to express listed building business structures,business growth and the overall situation of Chinese enterprises for international engineering contracting,for describing the status of international construction companies of China.The fourth chapter studies listed construction companies international competitive level and an evaluation some of the factors that influence the international competitiveness of Chinese construction enterprises.The fifth chapter case illustrates the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises like listed building,embodied the international competitiveness of Chinese construction enterprises.Chapter VI gives some recommendation to Chinese construction companies for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.With low domestic and international study of Chinese Listed constructions’ international competitiveness,and the majority of scholars tend to build competitiveness evaluation framework and how factors affect the competitiveness of enterprises and few researching on market for enterprises’ competitiveness.From the perspective of globalization of markets,this paper analysis the international construction market and combined with Chinese listed construction companies’ characteristics to get international competitiveness of Chinese construction enterprisesand evaluate the level of competitiveness.The main points of this paper is that market factors and the characteristics of the enterprise itself has decided that company’s international competitiveness.Also this paper argues that the competitiveness of construction enterprises can be divided into the viability and sustainable development of power according to the business management activities;factors on the impact of building international competitiveness of enterprises can be divided into internal factors and external factors.In terms of the level of competitiveness,the international competitiveness of Chinese construction enterprises gradually increase,certain gaps with internationally renowned enterprises,but the competitiveness of some large listed companies reached the world level in some aspects.According to the analysis of the international competitiveness of Chinese construction listed companies,its proves that private construction companies in the enterprise-scale presence of insufficient competitiveness,but the degree of internationalization is relatively better than the performance of state-owned enterprises,state-owned construction companies eager to strong capital and a large number of employees performance good competitiveness,but the international level is not high,the market focused on the domestic market.
