Study On The Efficiency Evaluation Of Agritourism In Zhongmu County Based On DEA

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the economic construction of our country,income level of urban and rural residents has improved significantly,national consumption showing diversified and advanced trend,tourism,leisure and tourism consumption demand become fashionable,traditional agriculture has been unable to meet the consumption needs of diverse people,leisure and sightseeing agriculture arises at the historic moment.Leisure and sightseeing agriculture in tourism and leisure,tourism and other service products for the people to absorb the large number of rural surplus labor force employment,increase the income of farmers,changed the face of rural areas,promote the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and promote the development of rural education,environment,health,transportation and other aspects.However,due to the different conditions of resource endowment,the development level and efficiency of leisure tourism in different regions are different.In order to find the gap,find the problem,to better promote the development of leisure tourism,it is necessary to carry out an objective evaluation of the efficiency of the development of regional leisure and tourism agriculture.Based on this,this article selects Zhongmu County as the research object,the use of data envelopment analysis(DEA)method of Zhongmu County leisure agriculture efficiency evaluation analysis,analysis of the status quo and existing problems,and for improvement of Zhongmu County leisure agriculture efficiency has great significance in theory and practice.In this paper,from the perspective of economics,the use of DEA method to study the present situation of leisure and tourism agriculture in Zhongmu county.On the basis of relevant concepts and literature review,this paper mainly consists of six parts,including the current situation description,theoretical analysis,data analysis and policy suggestions:In the first part,the present situation of leisure and sightseeingagriculture in our country is briefly analyzed,and the development course,present situation and developing trend of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in recent years are summarized;the second part,this paper explains the theory of leisure and sightseeing agriculture,including the definition,function and characteristics of leisure and sightseeing agriculture;the third part,depth profiling Zhongmu County leisure agriculture development status.Analysis the advantage and existing problems;the fourth part,introducing the DEA method and data envelopment model in practice use;the fifth part,based on the results of the survey data,using DEA method of Zhongmu County,10 Town leisure and sightseeing agriculture efficiency is calculated;the sixth part,on the basis of the conclusion of the research of above chapters were summarized in this paper,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that: the production level and the scale of Zhongmu County leisure agriculture development is not optimal,there are still large room for improvement;due to the production technology level,different resource endowments,Zhongmu County between different township(town)leisure and sightseeing agriculture development exist a certain gap is mainly reflected in the pure technical efficiency of different;Zhongmu county most township(town)of leisure and sightseeing agriculture development scale bigger,investment is redundant.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: first,overall arrangement,reasonable planning.Second,strengthen infrastructure construction and hardware measures.Third,increase publicity efforts.Fourth,the development of more tourism form of agricultural tourism.Fifth to introduce the cultivation of leisure tourism agricultural management personnel.In this paper,the DEA method is used to evaluate the efficiency of leisure tourism in Zhongmu County,and it is a kind of innovation in the research method.
