Along with our country“The Belt and Road”national strategy to promote,Chinese and the world economic and trade ties.In China,the home appliance industry is open to the outside world,the competition is intense,and the industry is developing fast.At present,the domestic home appliance market tends to saturation,has been unable to meet the development goals of each enterprise,have turned to overseas markets.According to the China household electrical appliances association Comprehensive National Bureau of statistics data,home appliance industry in 2014 the main business income of 1.41 Trillion yuan,an increase of 10% contrary to the last year.2014 exports of household electrical appliance industry of 57.039 billion dollars,an increase of 5.73%,of which exports 23.1 billion dollars,small household electrical appliances exports 25.9 billion dollars,spare parts exports 9.1 billion.Up to now,the domestic home appliance brand named Hisense?TCL ?the United States and other foreign joint venture or wholly owned factories,to share the big market abroad.Like Hisense in Egypt?South Africa?Algeria and other countries established production base,TCL in Vietnam?India and other places to set up manufacturing base;Midea in Vietnam?Belarus?Egypt?Brazil?Argentina?India,etc.countries build their own manufacturing base.According to the relevant experts in the industry analysis,the performance of the overseas development of brilliant enterprises are often the implementation of the localization strategy is very successful.Therefore,the study of China's household electrical appliance enterprises in overseas localization strategy for China's other “going out”of the enterprise,has a very positive significance.This paper consists of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,discusses the research background and significance of this paper,the current situation of the localization of the situation,give the overall ideas and structural arrangements,research methods.The second chapter begins with the related theories of Multi-National Corporation,and probes into the external causes of Multi-National Corporation localization and the internal reasons of Multi-National Corporation localization.The third chapter focuses on the concept of localization,the specific forms of localization.The fourth chapter,combined with the case,analyzes the problems encountered in the localization of Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises in China.Chapter five,as the full text core.Firstly,the paper introduces the overview of the development of Hisense and overseas business,and then analyzesthe Hisense localization choice strategy,followed by an analysis of Siemens' s localization strategy,through two case analysis,finally summarizes the overseas development of electric enterprises in our country can learn from the valuable experience.The sixth chapter is the countermeasure suggestion and conclusion.
