Coal has a dominant position and an important role in China's energy system,which in the medium and long term will not waver and change.Because it is not only China's most important base of energy and an important industrial raw material,but also to protect China's energy security.At present,the development of China's coal industry is facing many problems,such as the new normal economy,national policy requirements,environmental pressure,reduced domestic and international demand,that is,coal supply and demand imbalance,their own coal technology and other issues,which are internal and external factors that restricts the current development of coal enterprises,which need coal enterprises,especially large-scale coal enterprises find solutions to current problems faster and better.Thus,large-scale coal enterprises need to realize their own transformation and upgrading,while making a good international strategy,a good grasp of " B&R Initiative " of strategic opportunities,with greater strength to compete globally.Based on international theory,the status of of international development of large coal enterprises were specifically analyzed,including industry overview and the China's largest coal companies-Shenhua Group,and its evaluation of the degree of internationalization as a representative study,in order to better develop the coal business internationalization strategy;analyzes the reasons of implement international strategy,citing the US Peabody energy Corporation case to learn from their international experience;SWOT analysis for coal enterprises to implement international strategy,preparing for the content of an international strategy.The ultimate goal of the article is to develop an international strategy for the large-scale coal enterprises,thereby providing advice and references for international operations and strategic development of China's large coal enterprises.Wherein the internationalization degree evaluation of the Shenhua Group,construct the eight factors international cobweb model,select four possible quantization,representative economic indicators to analyze,the quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators combined,reflect more model accuracy of the results.When the model application analysis of Shenhua Group in 2014,eight indicators were analyzed in detail,the measurement results can be seen from the model degree of internationalization of Chinese coal enterprises is not high,there is much room for development,especially some quantitative business indicators.Therefore,enterprises in the internationalization process should constantly adjust their behavior,this study has significance for theory and business practice.This article seeks for better research methods,more comprehensive study to international strategy.For the current grim situation on the new normal background of domestic coal industry development,the article make a more comprehensive study on the Internationalization of China's large coal enterprises.From the current point of view,there are few studies.This research has a certain significance for the construction and implementation of China's current large-scale coal enterprises internationalization strategy.
