Study On Technological Innovation Strategy Of Tobacco Agriculture Industry In Yibin Tobacco Company

In the 21st century,with the development of research on China’s tobacco agriculture industry,the technology of tobacco agriculture researches to be performed on higher administrative levels and advanced standards.However,tobacco industry is faced with formidable challenges,including health&smoking,the pressure of market competition,and the development of enterprise.Especially there still exist many prominent problems such as the weak base of research in technological innovation of tobacco agriculture industry,little outcomes of independent intellectual property rights,technology bottom of tobacco improvement,the overall low quality of scientific and technical personnel,and the incompletion of tobacco agriculture technology innovation system.With the reforming of the tobacco industry and further development of modern agriculture construction in tobacco,tobacco production faces many new condition problems and gets urgent needs through the technological innovation supporting tobacco agricultural development.Establishing and improving agricultural technology innovation system in tobacco,implementation of major technology projects,promoting the transformation of achievements,further enhancing the contribution rate of science and technology on the development of tobacco leaf are the issues of each tobacco business enterprises which produce and sell tobacco leaf.The main line of this paper is to study on development of technological innovation strategy of tobacco agriculture industry in Yibin Tobacco Company,through integrating theory with practice,SWOT analysis,substantial study and reading relevant paper.Firstly,this paper outlines several important theories such as sustainable development,industrial competitiveness and innovation theory,gets a brief description of these linkages between theory and research issues,and makes a summary of domestic and foreign tobacco agriculture technology innovation related research findings.The author gets the conclusion that technological innovation is an inevitable choice for enhancing the competitiveness and sustainable development of tobacco agriculture industry in Yibin.The next,the author provided evidence for technological innovation strategy through background analysis of the implementation of agricultural technology innovation strategy in Yibin Tobacco Company,and proposed general train of thought,basic goals and principles,policies and measures of the strategy,including sounding technology innovation platform,establishing a sound mechanism of technology innovation investment,perfecting innovation mechanism of training talents,strengthening independent innovation driven mechanism,deepening technical innovation project management,implementation of major project driven strategy,the strategy of standardization production techniques,expanding innovation exchanges and cooperation,and strengthening technology innovation leadership.Thirdly,the author made research on tobacco agriculture technology innovation strategy practice in Yibin Tobacco Company in recent years,and got preliminary evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy.This paper includes 6 parts.The first part introduces the research purpose,the significance,the research contents and methods.The second part cites summary of tobacco agriculture technology innovation strategy theory.The third part is the implementation of the tobacco agricultural technology innovation strategy of environmental analysis in Yibin Tobacco Company.The forth part is implementation of the decision-making on technological innovation strategy.The fifth part is the technology innovation strategy practice and preliminary evaluation of the implementation of the strategy in Yibin Tobacco Company in recent years.The summaries of this paper and the innovation&disadvantages of the research are the sixth part,...
