| The importance of the technological innovation improving the enterprise's core-competitiveness and competitive edge has won wide recognition. Evaluating technological innovation objectively and accurately is critical for an enterprise to realize its actual technological innovation status, to use effective innovation strategy, to maintain and to improve its competitiveness, to make full use of its advantages and to achieve the best economic and social benefits.Based on the research findings at home and abroad experts and scholars on enterprises' technological capability, we make a profound analysis on technological innovation abilities evaluation system and find out the index system and evaluating methods, establishes the evaluating prototype of technological innovation abilities decision supporting systems, and make a positive analysis on technological innovation abilities of China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Corporation (CTHIC) .The main research content as well as the achievement is summarized as follows:Firstly, we discus the elementary theory of the technological innovation and expound the it's meanings and features of the tobacco industry. Then we analysis the features,current situation and prospect of china's tobacco industry. Secondly, According to conditions of CTHIC's technological innovation and the features of tobacco industry, we build the index system.Thirdly, According to the features of index system we builded, we select the most suitable evaluation method—Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the CTHIC's technological innovation abilittes.Finally, we give an acute analysis of CTHIC, take some suggestions and strategies to enhance the CTHIC's technological innovation abilities. |
