With the opening of the financial market and the rapid development of Internet banking, the pressure of competition of banks is bigger and bigger. In bank outlets as the most important channel of bank hospitality, traditional network service quality and customer experience has been widely criticized. How to improve the customer experience and satisfaction is faced by commercial banks. The transformation and innovation of traditional network service model is imperative.The transformation is in need of wisdom. How to build a new intelligent network is the key research content about this paper.In recent years, the major commercial banks try to construct smart bank outlets. To compete with other banks and Internet banking, H banks need to build a more portable, more kind of bank outlets system. In the process of building smart outlets, the most important problem is how to continuously improve business processesin a more intelligent way, create greater value for customers by innovation ability, provide fast and efficient "one station service" for customers, improve customer service mechanism, and really regard customers as the center of the intelligent outlets to provide the best experience for customers.In H bank and other traditional outlets, there are all kinds of problems such as the low service efficiency, the poor customer experience, the undifferentiated services, the shortage of outlets, the poor outlets image, the unreasonable post processes and so on. This article will be aimed at resolving these problems of H bank outlets, and analyzing the internal and external environment of H bank, the advantages and disadvantages of H bank outlets business and competitive strategy through the SWOT and Potter theory. It points that it is necessary in the intelligent transformation of the H bank outlets as aspects of the orientation,service processes and operation management of bank outlets. It also proposed wisdom outlets system construction strategy, such as multi channel coordination, differentiated services, customer experienceenhancement and smart bank outlets construction planningcombined with the H bank's own situation.
