The Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Commercial Bank Outlets Based On The Theory Of Bank Reengineering

With the rapid development of Internet technology,Internet finance has begun to emerge,and traditional banking services such as payment settlement,consumer credit,and wealth management have begun to infiltrate.The ecological and business models of the entire financial industry have begun to undergo tremendous changes.This makes China's commercial banks face new industry trends and competitive pressures.Commercial banks must start to transform and upgrade according to actual conditions,and use Internet thinking in the process of change.As the smallest service unit of commercial banks,the grassroots outlets are the first to be shocked by the wave of new technology.Various commercial banks have realized the importance and urgency of the transformation of outlets,and the transformation of outlets is an important factor in the transformation of commercial banks.The cornerstone is explored.This paper firstly combs the relevant theories of commercial bank branch transformation,and then analyzes the current development status,problems,future value and development trend of domestic commercial bank outlets.On this basis,select the bank branch X bank as the research object.The specific practices and exploration measures for the transformation and upgrading of its outlets were studied.On the basis of summarizing the effect of case transformation and the enlightenment of transformation,combined with the development status and existing problems of China's banking outlets,it proposes six aspects:service orientation,service model,service management,product system,intelligent development and human resource transformation,and the specific proposals for the transformation and upgrading of China's commercial banks.
