Since 2006 NEEQ has continued to grow and grow, in 2014 the National SME share transfer system to the national expansion, the number of enterprises in the new three board listed growth spurt. NEEQ for listed companies do not set the threshold of financial indicators, emphasis on norms and information disclosure, investors set a higher threshold for appropriate management. Under the arrangement of such a market system, NEEQ listed companies overall operating income and net profit growth performance is good, showing a good growth. Visible new board system arrangement to meet the rules of the growth of small and medium enterprises, in practical work, small and medium-sized enterprises in the new Sanban listing can regulate growth. Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle, this paper points out that the development of enterprises in the process of starting from the entrepreneurial stage to the guidance stage, it is difficult to achieve the standard growth through their own strength. And through the listing of the new board, rely on intermediaries to external forces, according to the new Sanban listed the system requirements specification, listing through private capital into institutional investors to help achieve rapid growth specification.
