In today's society, the modern enterprises, as a basic ring of the economic operation, play a more and more important role in the process of human social development. With the idea of the construction of "Beautiful China" has been included in China's "13th Five-Year" planning, the voices for corporations to actively fulfill their social responsibility are also increasingly strong. The performance of fulfilling corporate social responsibility, is not only a way of making specific contributions to facilitating better coordination of economy, society and ecology for companies regarded as basic cells of social economy, but also a imperative way to enhance their competitiveness and satisfy the people's aspirations for a better life in our country. The construction and improvement of the internal control requires enterprises to regulate and coordinate the related interests and contradictions, which provides a feasible way to ensure the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. Due to the particularity of China's socialist market economy and the continuous strengthening of the marketization, the differences in properties of state-owned enterprises and the non-state-owned enterprises may bring different effects to their social responsibility performances. Based on the point of views above, this dissertation, takes probe into the influence of the nature of property right and the quality of internal control on corporate social responsibility as well as the mechanism among them and these research are on the basis of empirical research methods.First of all, the paper reviews the literature on the theory of corporate social responsibility, abroad and at home.It mainly includes the connotation of corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system and the factors that affect the performance of corporate social responsibility, etc. Those provides us a study gap in the field which is related to corporate social responsibility accordingly.Secondly, it lays a theoretical foundation for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, according to the stakeholder theory and other theories, and provides theoretical support for the subsequent empirical analysis.Thirdly, through establishing the evaluation system of the performance of corporate social responsibility, using the “Internal Control Index of China Public Company” as the measurement of the quality of sample enterprise's internal control, and introducing property right as the moderating variable, multiple hierarchical regressionmodel is constructed to investigate the impact of property right, internal control, and their interaction term on corporate social responsibility with empirical studies collectively. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided according to the conclusion of the empirical analysis. The results indicate that internal control significantly enhance the performance of corporate social responsibility, thus the corporations with high quality of internal control performance better than those with low quality. Property right has a significant positive effect on the performance of corporate social responsibility. And also under the moderating effect of nature of property right, the promotion of internal control on non-state-owned enterprises to perform social responsibility is significantly stronger than the state-owned enterprises.
