Small micro enterprise has played a key role in the process of China's economic development. The development of small micro enterprise is important for promoting the employment, economic growth and social stability, scientific technology innovation and et al. Small micro enterprise healthy development can help our country's economy to overcome the international macro factors, maintain steady and rapid development,employment absorption capacity, safeguard social stability has important strategic significance. Current situation for the small micro enterprise survival and development is still tough, the rising cost, developing management, capital chain tension and financing difficulty can be retard ad the development of the small micro enterprise. In our country, according to the short term development of small micro enterprise, the production and operation and the process management of systemic, especially small micro processing enterprise operation management is given priority to with experiential mostly, its production management mode is often to paraphrase the original large equipment enterprise management mode without consideration of the practical demand.At present, due to some problems such as management is not mature, rising operating costs, capital chain tension and financing difficulty, the survival and development for the small and micro enterprises in our country is facing great challenges. It is urgent to do some research on operation management strategy of small and micro enterprises in China. In our study, the Jinyang Industrial Co., Ltd. in Guangdong Province was selected and production management, quality management,supply chain management, inventory management and staffing structure were analyzed in detail base on the relevant economical theory. Optimizes for the operation and management schemes establish the quality management system, strengthening the control and management of supply chain, strictly inventory management and strengthen the management of personnel configuration, which greatly improved the company's incoming quality, on time delivery rate and the production efficiency, reduced the overall cost of the operation. At last, the author suggests the direction of further improvement for Jinyang company through perfecting organization construction, regulations of management system to provide better environment and enhance the work efficiency and on-time-in-fully deliver rate, provide customers with higher satisfaction. Based on the study of operation and management optimization in Jinyang company, not only has practical significance to help improve service levels,reduce customer churn rate, reduce operating costs, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also supplied as the reference for management process optimization of the small and micro enterprise in China.
