The concept of "small and micro enterprises" since 2008 has been formally proposed, after seven years of development, small and micro enterprises in China's national economy currently occupy a very important position. With echoes that of commercial banks finance small businesses and micro enterprises from the initial exploration experimental stage, and gradually into the optimization improvements to the current stage. However, generally existing in our country's small micro enterprise financing difficult problem, this financial institutions have not found an effective solution. How commercial banks to better carry out small and micro business financial services, has become a problem in recent years, experts and scholars of common concern. Commercial banks to provide financial services to small and micro enterprises process, requires starting from the actual financial needs, build their development to adapt financial services system, the ultimate realization of commercial banks and Small and micro businesses win-win.Postal Savings Bank of China(PSBC) was formally established on March 20,2007,as the largest domestic network scale, the most extensive coverage of commercial banks, small and micro enterprises has always attached great importance to financial services, to support the development of small and micro enterprises as an important mission. PSBC actively strengthen the construction of small and micro enterprises franchise organizations, adhere to different development path, and constantly improve the professional level of financial services, small and micro business loans of its focus on the development, by virtue of well-designed products and targeted personalized service, in support real economic growth, promote urban and rural development plays an important role. As a pioneer of inclusive finance, PSBC always adhere to the "people find it too fine, I'd rather cumbersome; do not fight for the interests of large, secure development" business philosophy, for the majority of small and micro enterprises to provide quality financial services.As a branch of a young commercial bank, PSBC X Branch small micro-enterprise financial services and has lots of room for improvement. From the bank perspective, the main issues to be addressed are:(1) collecting information difficult;(2) the risk is difficult to control;(3) control costs is difficult. From the customer perspective, the main problems to be solved are:(1) the tedious loan application materials;(2) Small business types;(3) the business radius long. The above problem to a certain extent, restricted the development of small and micro enterprises in the financial business, the business only targeted optimization improvements to adapt small micro-enterprise finance development needs under the new normal situation, in order to meet the needs of bank earnings growth, but also to achieve the required social responsibility.Therefore, it is necessary to combine the actual situation of the PSBC CHAOYANG Branch,through the use of the operating management, financial services for small and micro enterprises throughout the system, mainly to further enhance the processes, effective crack financing problems, while return on banks' interests.In 2015 China's economic downward pressure situation, prospects for the development of small business and micro enterprises is not optimistic, this research will combine the PSBC CHAOYANG Branch, to better serve the majority of small and micro enterprises, to explore a sustainable and professional development.
