Experience Marketing is a brand new marketing pattern that is driven by the experience. Through creating a beautiful and memorable customer experience for the customers, it meets customers' spiritual needs and creates new value for customers. The epoch for the experience economy is coming, the experience marketing mode has been favored by more and more companies, and the people's consumer behavior mode has been changed with it.The research object of this paper is SN Audio Company, which is a new technology enterprise developing and producing home wireless intelligent audio system. Experience first is the company philosophy. Through the experience, customers feel the high quality and the great audio-visual effect of the wireless intelligent audio system. The Experience Marketing of SN Audio Company is more mature and advantage than others in Europe and the United States. However, SN Audio Company just started to explore and promote the experiential marketing in China.First of all, this paper analyzed the current situation of marketing development, marketing environment and experience marketing strategies for SN Audio Company in China, and made a comprehensive comparison with the other competitors, and figured out the advantages and disadvantages of current experiential marketing in China. The second, based on the five elements of the SWIPE experiential marketing strategies, the author established the Customer Satisfaction Evaluation System, and used the Delphi and AHP method to analyze each evaluation index of the system. At the same time, the author made a survey of customer satisfaction, and used the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and the Quadrifid Graph Model to analyze the survey data, and figured out problems of the experience marketing of SN Audio Company. Finally, combined with the SWIPE experiential marketing strategies, the author came up with some improvement suggestions to resolve the problems. Through improving the experience marketing strategies of SN Audio Company in the Chinese market, SN can improve competitiveness in the Chinese market, enhance the brand influence, and lay the foundation of building the long-term brand for the company in the Chinese market.
