With the rapid development of China's economy, the per capital wealth continues to improve, personal consumption, the ability to pay is also significantly enhanced, which can't help but bring unlimited business opportunities for the credit card industry. China's financial industry has gradually from the traditional model towards virtual currency stage, credit card has become a part of people life indispensable, in promoting consumption and spur economic growth, improve the flow of goods, reduce market transaction cost plays important role. But in business development at the same time, credit card faced all kinds of risks are becoming more and more complex, a variety of credit card fraud, false take stolen brush, wanton cash and other events to emerge in endlessly, credit risk prevention and control faces many new problems and challenges, the market environment and and various commercial banks how to adapt to the changing market environment to develop a reasonable credit card risk prevention and control system has become the most important.This paper adopts literature analysis method, case analysis method and qualitative analysis method, through literature study and on risk management, credit card risk and other related concepts and theories of definition and clarity, the following research provide theoretical support.This paper to x bank credit card business risk management as an example, first analysis of the current x bank credit card business development and management status, process in the presence of the main problems. For example: issuing link branch end light survey, the head office end link many operating risks exist, adjust the amount of the business has not yet fully automated; credit policy lack scientific, personal credit information update is not timely, resulting in customer information asymmetry. Secondly, from the external environment factors and internal control factors, analyzed the reasons of the problems existed in X bank credit card risk prevention and control in the process of; finally in X bank risk management system existing problems under, in view of the current wind control are the main problem, to x bank credit card risk prevention and control make recommendations for improvement.The innovation of this paper is respectively, from before the credit card marketing to initial investigation, loan review and approval to the credit management, loan transaction monitoring to risk disposal three stage, comprehensive and systematic carding x bank credit card business risk prevention and control in the process. Proposed the establishment of credit credit scoring model, strengthen internal supervision, improve the external environment and the corresponding measures, and through X Bank of the history of the stock of customers of credit scoring credit model to verify the rationalization and to realize the organic combination of theory and practice. The deficiency of this model is the need to constantly according to market changes, timely adjustment of the corresponding strategic parameters, in order to achieve a better risk prevention and control purposes.
