Credit cards originated in the United States in the early 20 th century.As an important means of payment,credit cards have greatly facilitated people's lives and expanded the direction of bank business development because of their strong flexibility.Although China's credit card business started late,but since 2003,attached to the banking network has shown explosive growth,has begun to take shape.However,with the growth of China's credit card business,credit card overdue,credit card illegal cash,credit card malicious overdraft and other risk events emerge one after another,credit card business risk management has become an urgent problem.Therefore,improving the level of risk management in credit card business and improving the way of risk management have a profound impact on maintaining the sustainable and stable development of the credit card industry.Based on the current situation of credit card development in China,this paper firstly clarifies the research content,and combines the research status,sorts out related theories at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and research methods.Secondly,taking the CCB Lanzhou Credit Card Center as the research object,this paper evaluates the credit card business status,development and risk management status of the center,and finds that the center's risk management is not strong enough,and non-performing loans continue to climb.Thirdly,through a large amount of data,quantitative analysis of the credit card's incentive rate,risk accounts,and the contact status of cardholders at different overdue stages,It is further explained that there are potential problems in credit card business management,such as imperfect business process,strong subjectivity of quota management,no specific administrative rules for risk accounts,and imperfect collection methods.Finally,through the evaluation and analysis of the risk management of the credit card center of the bank,it proposes a complete business process from the customer level and the bank level,clarifying therights and obligations of customers and banks;formulating specific management regulations for credit card quota adjustment;breakdown of risk accounts and freezing of high-risk accounts;for the collection work,in addition to telephone collection,increased collection measures such as sub-contracting,judicial and door-to-door.The above research shows that CCB Credit Card Center has many problems in business risk management.The improvement of the above specific measures can reduce the risk of credit card business,promote the healthy development of the business,and propose a prospect for the development of credit card business management based on the conclusion.Based on the actual work situation of the individual,this paper proposes practical and feasible improvement measures through the research on the business risk management of CCB Lanzhou Credit Card Center,which helps China's credit card business develop in a good direction and improve the market competitiveness of China's credit card business.It has certain application value and research significance.
