The Construction And Empirical Analysis Of The Indicator System Of Henan Financial Stability Assessment

In 2007, the China's regional financial stability report published for the first time, in order to objectively reflect the regional economic development and stability, and ask the public once a year. Regional financial stability report content is mostly of parts of the world do a trend analysis, on the various provinces and cities have quantitative evaluation to the financial stability, the regional financial stability assessment scheme, only the simple description. Besides because of Henan Province and around the range of fiscal and financial resource distribution, there are big different financial development, Henan and other regions have different face and need to focus on the risk point, as if in Henan Province use the financial stability evaluating index system of unification, is difficult to accurately reveal the actual financial risks existing in the economic and financial development in Henan Province. So this article studies this question.First, this paper applies direct definition method, indirect definition method to overview of the connotation of financial stability, and then focuses on the international department of financial stability assessment of the general planning and regional financial stability evaluating index system of China, from two aspects of foreign and domestic research of regional financial stability assessment theory in this paper. And on this basis, combining with the characteristics of the development of financial industry in henan province, from the banking, securities, insurance, the external economic environment four aspects, a total of 23 indicators choice, construction of financial stability evaluating index system in henan province and henan province in 2009 to 2009 the quantitative assessment of the situation of the financial stability.This paper to evaluate financial stability condition in Henan Province can draw the following points:(1) in recent six years, the financial stability of Henan province is in a relatively stable condition. Among them, the financial stability of Henan Province in 2010 and 2011 is relatively good, after 2012, the stability of the situation in Henan Province generally stable at around 60 points.(2) After 2012, the breakthrough of interest rate liberalization, the bank of deposit and lending interest rates gradually, cause certain impact to the banking sector, after 2012, the stability condition of Henan Province is a major cause of decline gradually.(3) Since 2009, the Henan's insurance industry has developed rapidly, but the insurance awareness and popularity still needs to strengthen.(4) Since 2010, the stock market is not very active, the brokerage business in poor condition. Besides, the phenomenon of pornography cases gradually increased, the stock market compliance awareness needs to be strengthened, and normative market needs to be improved.(5) In Henan Province, the external economic environment in a relatively weak state.
