Ecological Stability And Its Evaluation Of Circular Economy Industry Chain

Developing circular economy and constructing circular economy industry chain (CEIC, for short), which have being popularized all over the world, are very important to sustainable development. As a new creation, CEIC has been highly estimated, but many problems also emerge, of which instability is the most severe. Some researches on stability of CEIC have been done, mainly focusing on stabilizing factors and mechanism, few on evaluation, nothing on ecological stability and its evaluation.So. the research selects ''Ecological Stability and Its Evaluation of Circular Economy Industry Chain" as main contents, based on abundance of literatures on CEIC and stability of CEIC. With the theory of ecology, circular economy, life cycle, cleaner production. industrial ecology and system engineering as academic foundation, the conditions assuring CEIC run stably were discussed, and the intension of ecological stability of CEIC was expounded, and potential effects and contributions to the ecological stability of CEIC were analyzed.The index system to evaluate the ecological stability of CEIC was established from the angle of view of life cycle, and the method to evaluate the ecological stability of CEIC was eventually studied and established after the explaining of indicators, the grading of index, the assigning of the weight of index system and the establishing of the evaluation model.The index system and the evaluation method were employed to evaluate the ecological stability of paper CEIC, and the paper CEIC with different raw materials and different products which would bring different effects to the ecological stability of paper CEIC were evaluated respectively; countermeasures to improve the ecological stability of paper CEIC were put forward, based on the analysis and comparison of the evaluation results, which would benefit the paper CEIC and the environment.The conception of ecological stability of CEIC was introduced in a creative way, and the evaluation index system and method were established from the angle of view of life cvcle. which may bring out new thoughts to the research of stability of CEIC; factors which may affect the ecological stability of CEIC could be identified based on the evaluation results, and the ecological stability of CEIC could be improved by improving the factors, which will assure CEIC and environment in a fine state and promote circular economy construction and sustainable development in China.
