Under their influence, in the 90 s, more and more developing countries were established in the path of the implementation of equity incentive, which lead to listed companies around the world now is the most important for equity incentive mode.Compared with the developed countries such as America, equity incentive system in the development process of listed companies in our country is slower, but our country securities market is in rapid development, and therefore there is a big discrepancy. So the listed companies in China in the face of the many fierce competition from both at home and abroad, the first thing to do is to take what kind of incentives to reasonably stable good employees, in this case of equity incentive theory research and practice is of great practical significance.This article mainly su ning electric equipment as the research object, the calculation method of case analysis, the company stock options incentive plan including stock sources, the exercise price, exercise standard, incentive object and the conditions of sale and other elements are analyzed in detail. At the same time, analyses the main reasons of the implementation of equity incentive and implementation effect of stock option, and in contrast with gome operating conditions found in suning appliance business performance gets greatly improved after the implementation of stock option, market competitiveness is improved.
