Incentive problem as enterprise human resources management of a core problem, has been plagued by many enterprises. In private enterprises, high staff turnover seriously hindered the development of the enterprise, and even some enterprise therefore to go bankrupt. Appear this problem, the key reason is the enterprise incentive mechanism is wrong. How to establish a scientific and effective and suitable for the development of the enterprise incentive mechanism has become the focus of research enterprise and academia content.Current share incentive is considered the most scientific most effective incentive mode, its core ideas is the enterprise owners with a low cost containment and supervision enterprise operator's behavior, make both form interests alliance, play both resource advantage and realize enterprise benefit maximization. But for how to the implementation of equity incentive, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing difficulties. One is the business owners equity incentive theory don't understand of existing research results, 2 it is mostly aimed at large listed company, specialized study of small and medium-sized private enterprises to private equity incentive literature also less. Therefore, in private of small and medium-sized private enterprises as the research object has high theoretical and realistic significance.Based on the theory of the stock ownership incentive of domestic and foreign literature review and thinking, LongFei construction company in yenan for research object, which aims to design the stock ownership incentive scheme. This paper studied from the following several aspects: First, the theory about the stock ownership incentive reviewed on the basis of study of the stock ownership incentive is introduced, and the operation mode of the meaning and characteristics, thus increasing LongFei construction company managers's cognition of the stock ownership incentive.Secondly, in the analysis LongFei construction company incentive causes of the current situation and existing problems of the basis, through the internal and external incentive environment faced analysis, elaborated the company the importance of implementing the stock ownership incentive.Third, according to the actual situation of LongFei construction company, established the stock ownership incentive in the basis of the basic principles, constructs the pertinence and operability strong equity incentives implementation plan.Fourth, implementing the stock ownership incentive scheme in statements such as involved how scientific performance evaluation, holding staff on how to ensure that the company financial transparency and other related problems on the basis of summarizing the study conclusions, and pointed out that paper, shortcomings and problems which need to be studied further.
