Mixed ownership economy in our national economy in the dominant position, in the mixed ownership development in the new period, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to state-owned economy to further deepen the reform put forward new requirements. Mixed ownership enterprise governance structure is the key issues for current China to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, and comprehensively promote the market to be solved. With the market-oriented reform further deepening, more private capital will enter the field of state-owned assets, in economic development play a more and more important role, which associated with the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises corporate governance problem is very prominent. Ownership structure is the foundation of corporate governance by effect of corporate governance Mechanism to effect on the performance of the company.Therefore, optimizing the ownership structure of the state-owned enterprises play ownership structure of mixed ownership enterprises corporate performance positive role, not only conducive to the sound operation of China's state-owned enterprises.Comprehensive study of mixed relationship between the ownership structure and corporate performance of state-owned enterprises under the background of all whether in theory or in practice, have very important significance.Combined with mixed ownership of background and to explore the mechanism of state-owned listed company's ownership structure on corporate performance. This article research mentality is first introduced the existing research situation, of mixed ownership, ownership structure and related concepts of corporate performance and ownership structure basic theory is expounded, and the mixed ownership of the emergence and development; the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance, the formation of the theoretical basis of this paper. Secondly,by mixed ownership development present situation analysis of our country can see Chinese mixed ownership development has already entered a new stage, for the corporate governance of state-owned enterprises put forward new requirements. Over on the ownership structure of state-owned enterprises analysis, finds the problem of ownership structure of state-owned enterprises have problems such as high proportionof state-owned shares, ownership balancing degree is low and institutional investors shareholding ratio less. Also in corporate governance level ordinary company management level is not high, the operating conditions of the poor. Based on this, this paper to mixed ownership background under the Gree Electric appliances in the reform of ownership structure as an example, to explore the influence of ownership structure of state-owned enterprises on corporate performance, so as to state-owned enterprises mixed ownership in the process of the reform of the shareholding structure of the optimization path. By the Gree shareholding structure of the optimization process description, before and after the changes in the ownership of the market Reaction, and to reform process in operating performance of comparative analysis,and then verify that the mixed ownership structure on corporate performance promotion. Finally, to optimize the equity structure improve the performance of the company put forward suggestions, first, to actively promote the parent company of mixed ownership reform; second, constructing the multiple balanced ownership structure; third, improve managerial ownership and incentive mechanism.
