| Since 1981 in Shenzhen set up the first foreign –related property management companies,property management industry has experienced more than 30 years of development and growth.It’s become a covers more than 100000 enterprises,tens of millions of employees large service industry.At present,the management level of enterprises is uneven.The number of enterprises in the industry market is oversupply,So corporate profits declined gradually.The property management companies have begun to consider the implementation of more advanced and effective management and internal control mode.The Strict and efficiency ERP system is the most suitable manage method of formal companies.Many companies recognize this and have been actively trying.But the high failure rate deterred more enterprises.In this paper we analysis of the actual needs of the enterprise and why there is such a demand through the actual operation of property management companies.At the same time,using three kinds of scientific method(the analytic hierarchy process,critical path analysis method,cause analysis method)to analyze the property management enterprises demand characteristics of the importance and implementation of module construction sequence,the implementation steps and key steps of ERP Selection of property management enterprise,finally through 4M1 E factors of total quality management(TQM)classification analysis the difficulties and failure reasons of the property management enterprise during the implement ERP.This paper also provided some strategy according to my experience.Finally,this paper also out looked the future and the development direction of property management ERP system in the era of the explosive development of information. |
