Accelerate development of agricultural modernization to achieve the goal of comprehensive well-off opinions pointed out that in the tight constraints of resources and environment background,how to speed up the transformation of agricultural development mode,to ensure the effective supply of food and other important agricultural products,to achieve sustainable development and sustainable utilization of resources,it is necessary to solve the real problem.China is the oil importing countries,especially the edible oil has long been a large gap,the import of edible oil dependence is as high as 60%.With the pressure of rising international oil prices continue to increase,the contradiction between supply and demand of grain and oil market growing,to achieve long-term balance of supply and demand of grain and oil is still faced with great pressure.It is one of the world's four largest,woody oil in recent years,the state has increased the importance of efforts on the development of tea industry,tea industry development plays an important role in alleviating China's food safety problems.The research based on the analysis of Guangdong province tea consumption status quo and existing problems,put forward Guangdong province tea demand,residents edible oil consumption structure is not reasonable,tea consumption influenced by the geographical,oil consumption by the economic level,tea cognitive impairment,lack of market demand and other issues,followed by interviews of 452 households,and the establishment of the Logistic model of the impact on Farmers' planting Camellia factors analysis,study found that gender,income level,consumers of oil understanding degree,level of concern for health,taste preference,tea brand tea and other factors have a significant positive influence on the purchase intention of Camellia oil.On this basis,put forward the rely on science and technology,improve the yield of camellia oil;improve the urban and rural income levels,expand the tea market consumption;strengthen the quality safety control,improve the quality of camellia oil;strengthen the research and development efforts,development of series of derivative products;to improve consumer awareness,explore the market potential and product comprehensive research and development countermeasures.
