Study On Financial Risk Management Of The Enterprises Merger And Acquisition

The growth speed of China's economy has been slow down since 2014,and the development of China's economy has entered into a new status which is the growth speed of economy switched from High level to Mid-High level.The real economy slows down but the capital market is developing fast.More and more enterprises choose the expansion by M&A loan as an effective financing solution in the mergers and acquisitions to realize the industry position enhancement.This article focuses on the financial risk management of the M&A loan base on the view of commercial bank.The article pointed out the key risk identification from the due diligence procedure and designed the risk evaluation method on debt risk,evaluation risk,price risk and transaction risk.The article also provided risk controlling suggestions to the M&A loan risk management base on the different loan status such as before draw down period,management after loan and calling bad loan.
