Countermeasures Analysis On Improving Financial Lease Industry In Shunyi District

Financial lease industry in our country has achieved marvelous progress accompanied with constant improving on developing environment,at the same time,financial lease industry also faces great developing space as well as many barriers.With double characters of financing and asset leasing,it is an important means supporting industry transformation and be critical in developing local economy.At present,many local governments in China,such as Shanghai and Tianjin that are go-ahead,have launched exploration on improving financial leasing.Although financial leasing industry is still at primary stage due to late start,Shunyi,as one of the most critical towns,has paid great importance on it as well.Therefore,this paper provides reference for Shunyi by analyzing advanced experience and measures.Financial leasing industry in Shanghai started from Pudong new area while Tianjin started from Dongjing bonded port,and both of them have achieved great progress.Beijing Tianzhu free trade zone locates in Shunyi and has many similarities with Shanghai and Tianjin.By analyzing policy in Shanghai and Tianjin,this paper holds the opinion that Shunyi should solve the critical problems in developing financing lease industry by depending on special supervision policy and local policy,by focusing on the development of certain industries that accord with regional assignment and industry character such as plane and ship leasing,by lauching special research with industry association.Thus,this paper regards that Shunyi should,by learning reference and combing realities,depend on the advantages of opening up pilots in Beijing's serving industry and Beijing Tianzhu free trade zone and make great efforts in making industry research,in improving the supporting policy and in improving developing environment in order to stimulate financial lease industry.This paper standing the position of district proposes practical methods by learning experience of Shanghai and Tianjin and provides reference for financial lease development in other areas,and has certain practical significance.
