A Study Of Undergraduates’ Consumption Status And Promotion Of Rational Consumption In Hebei Province

Consumption is an eternal theme of human society,which runs through human activities of life.It is the basis of human survival and development,and an important prerequisite of society,history and the development of production as well.As a special consumer group,undergraduates’ consumption behavior has an important influence not only on their overall development,but also on the social,economic,cultural,ecological and other aspects of development.The problem of undergraduates’ consumption is not only related to their own development,but also will have a huge impact on society and the country.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the consumption problem of college students and to guide them rationally.This thesis mainly focuses on the consumption of undergraduates in Hebei Province,and selects five universities in Hebei province as the study objects,which are Hebei University of Science and Technology,Hebei Normal University,Hebei Medical University,Hebei Agricultural University and Shijiazhuang University of Economics.There are 1500 questionnaires which have been distributed to study the subject,and the survey data have been analyzed and sorted out by spss22.0.According to the survey data,the thesis analyzes the consumption status of undergraduates in Hebei from seven aspects: economic source,consumption structure,consumption standard,consumption concept,consumption pattern,consumption influencing factors and consumption education.By analyzing the data,it is found that the consumption of undergraduates in Hebei Province is dependent,the consumption structure tends to be diversified,and the proportion of online shopping is rising.The co-group effect is obvious and the consumption is more rational.The consumption problem of poor students in Hebei Province is prominent.This level of students is more likely to produce bad consumer behavior,and the learning consumption is invested too little.There are some problems about the lack of financial management and lack of consumer education.On the basis of the analysis of the three rational principles of rationality,scientific rationality and greenness,this thesis makes a study on the rational consumption of undergraduates in Hebei Province,and proposes that undergraduates’ consumption education should be strengthened from both college and family.According to different levels of consumption,the undergraduates of Hebei Province can be divided into downscale,middle and upscale consumers,so that they can be guided and trained to improve the financial management capacity.The thesis gives four countermeasures for helping to create a good social consumption environment.
