| The emergence of shantytowns is an inevitable product of urban development to a certain stage,and the transformation of the shantytowns is a government for the transformation of the old urban housing,improve housing conditions of poor families and the introduction of a livelihood projects.At present,the transformation of shantytowns in the country is in full swing in progress,its problems,but also increasingly prominent,how to solve these problems,as experts and scholars focus,and as shantytowns reconstruction project feasibility comprehensive evaluation also.To be more systematic and in-depth research to better promote the transformation of various types of shantytowns,improve the quality of life of residents and improve the living environment of residents,so as to better promote the process of urbanization.This paper takes Zhuzhou County Lukou Town Guankou shantytowns project as the research object,based on the comprehensive study of the status quo of shantytown project and the related theories of shantytowns reconstruction,put forward a comprehensive evaluation for the shanty district renovation project method,selection index four combined with the actual situation and Guankou shantytowns project features from the financial evaluation,environmental impact assessment,social assessment and risk evaluation,using AHM(hierarchical attribute model)and UCE(unascertained comprehensive evaluation)to design a set of shantytowns project comprehensive evaluation scheme,through the application of actual case analysis shows that the scheme is feasible,and the comprehensive evaluation of the project grade second grade,according to the evaluation results from the three aspects of environmental impact,social evaluation and risk and put forward proper suggestions.The evaluation conclusion of this paper provides some help for the comprehensive evaluation of the shantytown project,and also provides the reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the similar shantytown reconstruction project. |
