The Transformation Of The Development Model Of LW Rural Financial Bank To Community Bank

Now,the economic and financial situation is complicated and changeable.In order to accelerate the development of financial inclusion,enhance their competitiveness,Rural commercial bankes need to accelerate the transformation,change the traditional mode of developmen.From the practice of domestic and foreign banks,the community bankes are small bankes,which are closely related to local communities,offering service for community residents,small and medium sized enterprise.It is not only suitable for the location and characteristics of Rural commercial banks,but also with the United States Wells Fargo and other successful practice of foreign countries.So,Community bankes are the bestest realistic choice of the transformation of rural comercial bankes which want to develop inclusive finance.It will have good prospects for development.This study choose LW Rural Financial Bank as the main research object,through literature research,case analysis,SWOT analysis,combination of inclusive finance,community finance and other theories,use the market share,customer structure,operating performance and other data to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,Combined with the existing community bank exploration,try to build a strategic framework of communtiy bank,then on this basis,make the concrete implementation strategy including the management pattern,the channel construction,the product service for LW Rural Financial Bank.Based on the overview of inclusive finance theory,the theory of community banks and the domestic and foreign community bank mode,this study construct the evaluation index system of community bank,including basic index,quality index,efficiency index and sustainable development index,and put forward the construction framework of community bank.To put the development pattern of LW Rural Commercial Bank to the community bank restructuring as the analysis object,using SWOT analysis tools to analyze the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of the development model of LW Rural Commercial Bank in transition to community banks,put forward the transition of development strategy of LW Rural Commercial Bank to community banks,and then put forward the specific strategies and mechanism transformation:business model strategy;customer strategy;channel development strategy;product service strategy;the corresponding institutional mechanisms.
