Private investment in the stability of the relationship between the "steady growth",not only affects "restructuring".From the point of steady growth,China's private capital size large,in recent years,taxes,create 60% of GDP to 50% a year and provide 80% of jobs,on consumption and employment are very strong.From the point of structural adjustment,our country is in the phase of structural slowdown,the smooth implementation of the economic structural reform under the new normal need good macroeconomic environment;At the same time,private capital is an important subject of technology innovation,product innovation.1-August 2016,however,the total fixed asset investment to complete year-on-year growth of 8.1%,its lowest since 2000,while the folk total fixed asset investment to complete year-on-year growth of 2.1%,falling,compared with 10.1% growth at the end of 2015,started to bluff type fell from 2016.In reaction to the phenomenon,this paper extracted the three problems to be solved: compared with the past,in the private investment under the new situation of economic system has played a what kind of new role? The influence factors of private investment in development way of time-varying and its role in what kind of?The above three problems corresponding to the three main contents: first,this paper deeply analyzes the new economic situation,new role played by the private capital,in this part of the article is not limited to the past research way of thinking,but combined with our country's stage of economic development under the new normal,and the economic difficulties faced by,respectively,from the "quality" and "quantity" two angles to analyze the role of the private capital to the economic system,found that private capital is not only by ensuring quantity to maintain economic stability,and quality through ascension to improve the economic structure;Secondly,in this paper,according to a recent decline in private investment in the cliffs type problem launches the research,in this part of the article from the perspective of the total respectively and structural point of view,using quantitative method to intuitive analysis of the structural decline in private investment in reason,and further analyzes the folk capital where;Finally,on the basis of above analysis,the article further breakthroughs in the past empirical research defects,the analysis methods of the static parameters time-varying state space model were carried out to study the influence factor of private investment model and time-varying.The results showed that the private capital by ensuring quantity to maintain economic stability,not only also quality through ascension to improve the economic structure.In recent years,private investment and even the whole society fixed asset investment growth rate showed a declining trend of the most fundamental reason is that the investment efficiency and yield decline,but industry between folk statement of changes in investment growth in heterogeneous characteristics of excess capacity related industries such as mining,real estate industry declines quickly,and the new economic form,such as information technology,new energy industry growth is on the increase,but the development of new economy form is still unable to make up the old economic form in the gap,the private capital to performance in "Take off to virtual reality " "Transformation and upgrading" and "Outbound investment".With the development of economy and the change of economic environment,the factors effect on private investment are showing a more obvious time-varying characteristics.
