Study On The Construction Of Xiaoquan Town's Characteristic Town In Jingyang District

At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal.Adhering to the people-centered development idea,firmly establishing and implementing the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,and firmly promoting the structural reform on the supply side are the main line of economic work,as well as practical measures to adapt,grasp and lead the new normal economic development.In the practice of pushing forward the structural reform of supply side,it is particularly necessary to start from the supply side,focus on correcting the mismatch of supply and demand structure and distorted allocation of factors,actively cultivate and explore new driving forces for development,constantly improve the level of productivity,improve the quality and efficiency of supply system,and achieve a balance between supply and demand at a higher level.The construction of characteristic towns is a reform experiment and system innovation on the supply side,an effective carrier to promote structural adjustment and industrial upgrading,and an important grasp to speed up the new urbanization.How to adapt to local conditions,solve their own development problems,and better realize the construction of characteristic towns has become a hot topic for scholars in recent years,which is also the focus of this paper.This paper points out the trend of Building Characteristic Towns in the domestic environment by sorting out the support policies of the national,provincial and foreign characteristic towns.This paper analyses the successful cases and experiences at home and abroad,analyses and differentiates the related concepts,and points out that the construction of characteristic towns is easier to be successful.According to the existing resources in the area,the advantages and constraints of Building Characteristic Towns in the area are analyzed.Through on-the-spot investigation and data summary,taking Xiaoquan town as an example,combining with the characteristics of Xiaoquan ancient town,this paper puts forward the idea of building Xiaoquan ancient town according to local conditions,summarizes and analyses the elements needed for the construction of characteristic town,and puts forward suggestions for construction work,in order to provide decision-making reference for the government to build characteristic town.
